د افغانستان د علومو اکاډمي د حدیث او حدیثو علومو انستیتوت علمي غړي نوماند څېړنیار رفیع الله نور د څیړنیاري رتبې ته د لوړاوي په موخه له خپلې علمي – څېړنیزې رسالې ( نور الظلم د احادیثو تخریج او څېړنه) تر سرلیک لاندې د څېړونکو، پوهانو او استادانو په حضور کې په بریالیتوب سره دفاع وکړه.
