به اساس پیشنهاد شماره( ۶۴۳) مورخ ۲۵/۱۱/۱۴۴۳ مرکز بین المللی تحقیقات کوشانی وحکم(۲۹/۳/۱۴۰۱) مقام اکادمی علوم معاون سرمحقق فریدالله نوری به حیث امر موزیم تحقیقاتی اتنوگرافی تعیین بست گردید وبه کار خویش اغاز نمود.
در این مراسم سرمحقق دوکتور محمد علم اسحق زی معاون اکادمی علوم در بخش علوم بشری؛ سرمحقق کتاب خان فیضی ریس مرکز بین المللی تحقیقات کوشانی؛ معاون سرمحقق محمد انور فایز؛ جمعی از دانشمندان واعضای موزیم اتنوگرافی حضور داشتند.
